We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IoT Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Smart Factory and Industrial IoT, with proven experience in driving business growth through innovative solutions in factory automation, process traceability, and SCADA systems. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage customers in domain-focused industries, providing tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Industrial IoT space, focusing on Smart Factory solutions. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target industries.
Solution Architecture: Leverage your expertise to create and present comprehensive solution architectures that address customer challenges. Tailor proposals to demonstrate value and ROI for clients.
Project Management: Oversee the execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Customer Engagement: Maintain strong networking relationships with customers and industry professionals. Understand customer needs and feedback to continuously improve our offerings.
Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts and business strategies to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders. Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, showcasing our IoT solutions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and product development, to align business strategies and enhance solution offerings.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Smart Factory or Industrial IoT business development.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrument, Machine), Computer Science or a related field. Relevant certifications in project management, sales, or IoT solutions are a plus.
Technical Background: Strong knowledge of factory automation, process traceability, SCADA systems, and cloud/edge computing solutions.
Solution Presentation Skills: Proven ability to develop and present complex solutions and business proposals tailored to industry-specific customers.
Project Management: Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Networking: Established network of contacts within the industry and a proven track record of building strong customer relationships.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
Language: Proficient in English language
